Return And Refund Policy

ADITRIUM is committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with the quality or freshness of the product, return the product at the time of delivery. As our product are perishable in nature so at the time of delivery you can check the goods and if you are not satisfied with our goods you can return it on the same time. Once the delivery person has gone after delivering the goods, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please notify us at the time of delivery if you need an exchange for the same products by calling us and/or Whatsapp on helpline number +971526044805 or send us an email at info@aditrium.com . We will send you the replacement of that product on our next delivery to your area. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

You can cancel your order anytime up to the cut off time, that is by 1700 Hours on that day order placed on aditrium.com

In such cases we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. Refunds of payment will be done only through the Original Made of Payment.

Any order you place with us may be refused by us at any time. We reserve the right to restrict or cancel the number of items that can be purchased per person, per household, or per order. Orders made using the same credit card, the same customer account, or the same billing and/or delivery address may be subject to these limitations. We have the right to cancel orders at any time if we believe a customer has engaged in fraudulent activity or if a transaction violates the terms and conditions of using the websites. We will keep track of every fraudulent transaction, and we have the right to refuse access to or cancel any orders submitted by customers.
