Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

• aditrium.com will not engage in or offer any services or products to any countries sanctioned by OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) in compliance with UAE laws.
• There is a possibility of multiple shipments for a single order if any issues arise during delivery while attempting to meet the customer’s timing requirements and to fulfill the entire order. Such situations may occur in cases such as: delayed stock arrival after the initial order dispatch, return and exchange of items necessitating the re-sending of new items, missing items from the original dispatched order being resent, or transporting goods that require different storage conditions in separate vehicles.
• Orders that are modified or changed after checkout and payment on the website & app, for reasons including; lack of stock availability on the dispatch date, return of goods, or exchange of goods, which may lead to multiple shipments, could result in several postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

Items offered on our website & app are only available for delivery to addresses in Dubai only, within the specific areas that are listed in the drop down address menu. Any shipments outside of these areas are not available at this time.

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Date of delivery may vary due to reaching our daily order limit or due to specific items ordered. Products may also, in rare circumstances be delivered in separate shipments

Delivery charges (10 AED + 5% VAT) shall be applicable on all orders less than 50 AED (Grand Total).

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at our customer service number and provide a picture of the damaged product within 24 hours of delivery
